We have programs for a variety of purposes, ranging from basic martial arts, to self defense, to esteem and life skills building and more. 

 

Mind Body Spirit Martial Arts has 2 programs; Basic and Leadership.

The Basic program is designed to teach fundamental building blocks of Martial Arts:

  • Stances
  • Blocks
  • Strikes
  • Kicks

The program is focused on physical fitness and Life Skills development:

  • Respect
  • Discipline
  • Focus
  • Self Control
  • Confidence

The Leadership program is designed to the same attributes as the Basic program, however it also trains the student on esential leadership skills.  The students in the Leadership program have set a long term goal to become a 1st degree black belt.  They are also training to become future leaders and instructors.

Students who want to develop leadership skills that will serve them in all aspects of their lives can achieve that goal at Mind Body Spirit Martial Arts.  

Everyone will one day be asked to become a leader.  People are not born leaders, rather they are trained to become one.  At some point in all our lives we will be asked to lead a group (our children, co-workers, friends, or company).  Our Leadership class is designed to prepare you for that opportunity.  Ask your Instructor if you are ready for LEADERSHIP TRAINING today!
